About the Role: Job title : Standalone People Partner - Series A Biotech Salary : £60,000 - £75,000 Location : Oxford (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office) We are working with an innovative Series A Biotech company, driving cutting-edge advancements in healthcare.

The Standalone People Partner will play a vital role in transforming people operations, optimising employee lifecycle processes, and driving initiatives that shape a thriving organisational culture.
Collaborating closely with leadership, you'll design and implement performance management frameworks, champion well-being programs, and support integration across global sites in the UK, US, and Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, across global locations.
Optimise HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
Oversee UK benefits programs, contributing to global benefits renewals.
Design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across locations to promote integration and culture alignment.
Essential Skills Strong generalist HR experience, within a scaling biotech business Proven track record in managing performance management and benefits programs.
Ability to analyse and use HR data to inform decision-making.
Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
Adaptable to a dynamic, start-up culture with a hands-on approach.
Benefits Salary up to £75,000 + 10% discretionary bonus + equity.
27 days leave + time off over Christmas.
