This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent weekday shifts and no weekend work.
You'll be part of a 2-man delivery crew handling furniture deliveries to customers across the Huntingdon area.
Heavy lifting is involved, so physical fitness is essential.
Your key responsibilities as a 7.5t Delivery Driver: Complete deliveries in a 2-man crew, providing exceptional customer service.
Adhere to UK road laws, working time regulations, and company policies.
Perform daily vehicle checks before starting deliveries.
Safely secure and handle merchandise during transit.
Deliver products to customers' rooms of choice, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Wear overshoes and gloves in customers' homes and ensure the space is left tidy.
Assist with recycling packaging materials and other waste.
7.5t Delivery Driver - What we're looking for: A valid UK driving license with a C1 category or above.
Up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph card.
Experience driving 7.5t vehicles in the UK.
The ability to handle heavy lifting and work effectively as part of a team.
A friendly, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
