As a User Experience Researcher (UXR), you'll help your team of UXers, product managers, and engineers understand user needs. You'll work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of product development. You'll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. You'll explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis.
This role will work closely with our product partners in AI and Data, ML Infrastructure and GenAI development and engineering stakeholders in London to help accelerate our research-to-production goals with our customer and partner Google Deep Mind.

ResponsibilitiesInfluence stakeholders across functions to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions. Partner closely with other researchers, designers, product management, engineering and other cross-functional partners to achieve alignment, shared goals, and success.Drive project priorities in alignment with larger project goals, and coordinate allocation of resources within the project.
