Staff Product Designer — Growth | £95,000 - £120,000 We're seeking a Staff Product Designer to take the reins on designing exceptional acquisition journeys, from landing pages and onboarding flows to checkout experiences.

— Champion Customer Insights : Use qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand user behaviour and guide your design decisions.

— Measure Success : Set and track key metrics, validating your ideas with A/B testing and iterative improvements.

What We're Looking For — Leadership Experience : 6+ years in product design, with a proven track record of leading projects, this is a hands-on role.

— Strategic Thinking : Ability to connect design work to business goals and define priorities for maximum impact.

— Exceptional Craft : A portfolio showcasing polished, high-quality designs that are consumer-facing.

— Collaboration Skills : Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively.

— Outcome-Oriented : Focus on results and impact, not just outputs.

Nice-to-Have Skills — Expertise in growth design and A/B testing.

— Experience with design systems and advanced prototyping tools.

— Startup experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
