We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our highly skilled multi-disciplinary team and make a difference in patient care.
You need to have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate evidence based clinical practise and be open to further academic development.
You must be flexible, approachable, compassionate, hardworking and be able to use your own initiative whilst also having the ability to work under pressure.
This role will involve developing further skills and knowledge in relation to patient care and managerial/team leadership duties.There are full-time and part-time positions available across the directorate.

Main duties of the job • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans• Administering medications and treatments• Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records• Providing education and support to patients and their families• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulationsYou will receive support in your new role and will be encouraged in further development.

Fordcombe Hospital is near Tunbridge Wells and became part of the Trust in October 2024.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities Once your pre-employment checks have been completed you will be contacted by Recruitment to arrange your start date which will be in line with one of our Corporate Inductions.Following your Corporate Induction you will be expected to attend the Trust's 2-week Induction Programme for RNs, NAs, RMs, ODPs and Paramedics.
The programme is full-time (please email if this is problematic) and will involve travel to both Trust sites.
The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area, classroom-based sessions and e-learning.Please note that appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Check at Enhanced Level.
