Job summary We are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Team on Pevensey Day Unit to cover up to one years secondment.
We provide treatments to Haematology Oncology patients.
The day area has 18 chair/bed spaces caring predominantly for patients receiving Haematology and Oncology treatments and is currently open from 0800 -1800 Monday to Friday.
The Unit uses the Chemocare electronic prescribing system and has implemented an electronic diary system of booking patient appointments.
You must be a 1st Level Registered Nurse (Diploma/Degree), with generic pre-registration experience in an acute setting with Chemotherapy experience is desirable.
You must be able to work as part of a team, use your own initiative with effective interpersonal and communication skills, In return for your hard work and dedication.
