Job summary Hours: per week Location:PeaceHospice, Watford Salary:£29,970 per annum ClosingDate: 29November 2024 at midday InterviewDate:9December 2024 The role of the job is to do deliver high quality Specialist Palliative and end of Life nursing care as part of the in-patient unit and multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job Youll be responsible for:Leading on and coordinating assessment, planning and evaluation of individualised patient centred care.Ensuring a holistic approach that is sensitive and responsive to the patients ever changing needs.Maintaining a respectful non-judgemental and caring attitude ensuring the Rennie Grove Peace Hospice vision and philosophy of care is integral to the care delivered and role undertaken.The coordination and smooth running of a shift ensuring it is well organised and staff and patients are safe.Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community.
