As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Providing kind care to residents.
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Practising in a nurse-led environment to develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
Advocating and delivering person-centred care.
Recognising and responding to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
