Job Description Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) Hourly Rate : £21 Full-time, Day Shifts Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship Nestled within landscaped gardens, this care home provides a peaceful, elegant environment where residents can feel at ease.
Designed to create a warm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere, the home specialises in nursing and dementia care and proudly holds a "Good" CQC rating.
As a Staff Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel valued, comfortable, and well-supported in this tranquil, uplifting setting.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality nursing and dementia care in a beautiful, supportive environment.
Skills and Qualifications RGN or RMN Qualification : Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC Pin and eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience in Dementia or Nursing Care : Previous experience in nursing or dementia care is preferred but not essential.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively within a team to support residents' well-being.
