Job Description Staff Nurse - RGN Hourly Rate: £20.75 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus Shift: Day Shifts Hours: 36 hours per week We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Staff Nurse to join our client's day team at their beautiful nursing home.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to older adults.

Requirements: Qualified RGN (Registered General Nurse) with an active NMC registration.
Experience in nursing homes or geriatric care is highly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues.
Proficiency in working both as part of a collaborative team and independently.

Regularly monitor residents' health, promptly addressing any changes, and maintain comprehensive records.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop, review, and implement individualized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
Provide guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants, contributing to their ongoing professional development.
Ensure meticulous documentation, maintaining up-to-date and accurate resident records in line with regulatory standards.
