Due to developments within the department, opportunities have become available for highly motivated enthusiastic Staff Nurses to join our team within the Regional Endoscopy Unit (REU).
REU is a proactive, forward thinking department where development, education and protected learning for staff is paramount.
In turn allowing us to deliver the best, most up to date care to our patients.
This post is for the endoscopy department within the Regional Endoscopy Unit.Applicants must have a genuine interest in working within endoscopy to join the diverse multidisciplinary team within the unit.
There are many opportunities within the department for ongoing learning and education within this specialty.
Good decision making skills in clinical practice and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must possess evidence of effective team working and excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to patient focused care.
Experience within nursing is essential for this particular post, along with the ability to reach our out of hour on call service within the hour.
A driving licence is essential for the on call service.As part of the team you will be fully supported through mentorship, induction, revalidation and teaching programmes.
