Person Specification Qualifications Essential Level 2 qualification in relevant field or equivalent level of Experience.
( GCSE A-C or RSA II) EDCL or equivalent Desirable Business admin qualification Experience Essential Customer service experience ( face to face, answering calls or correspondence) Administration/office experience ( diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information) Providing administrative or secretarial support.
Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
