SSAS Portfolio Training and Culture Development Manager (Ref:029) The role can be based at any of our office locations: Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, or Wimbledon.
6 months FTC Role Summary You will be responsible for providing cradle to grave SSAS portfolio training and creating a culture supported by our core values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect (PEER). You will foster a growth mindset amongst the teams, ensuring continuous improvement and development for all.
Key Accountabilities Provide comprehensive SSAS portfolio training from inception to completion. Foster a culture that aligns with our values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect (PEER). Promote a growth mindset within the team, encouraging continuous learning and development. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by attending conferences and studying relevant materials. Ensure all training materials are current and comply with industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to SSAS portfolio management. Comply with the Health & Safety Guidelines as set out in the Health & Safety Management System document. Demonstrate and encourage behaviours in line with our Company Values 'PEER'. Ensure compliance with our Company policies, procedures and guidelines. Skills & Experience required Presenting to industry professionals. Working within set budgets. Meeting face-to-face with clients to understand and address their needs. Developing and running training seminars and workshops. Extensive experience in the Self-Administered Pensions arena, particularly SSAS. Strong understanding of the cradle to grave administration process for SSAS. Proven ability to create and sustain a positive team culture aligned with organisational values. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially in training and development contexts. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word. To apply, please email HR and attach your CV.
