Sr Product Ux Designer

Details of the offer

Want to leverage your experience and Product UX Design skills working in the Computer Observability Industry for an innovative, fast-growing company?
If yes, this role might be for you: Domotz is now looking for a talented, passionate and motivated Sr.
Product UX Designer to join our awesome team.
Overview: The Sr.
Product UX Designer plays a key role in crafting intuitive and effective user experiences for our Network Monitoring & Management solution.
This role focuses on end-to-end product design, including defining user flows, prototyping, testing, and iterating based on user insights.
The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex user problems and deliver impactful solutions.
In a nutshell, this position requires a balance of strong technical design expertise, user-centered thinking, and excellent collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic and globally distributed team environment.
Your Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end design and iteration for several in-product user experiences across our Network Monitoring & Management solution.
Define user flows and intents, and how the related product experience & functionality works and appears — i.e., by crafting product design, information architecture, user interface, interaction design, and design systems.
Prototype, test, and adapt the designed solutions based on user feedback.
Plan and run relevant usability testing and user research — informing your designs by collecting, analyzing, and translating insights from both qualitative & quantitative data.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create viable, desirable, and feasible product UX that solves complex user problems.
Collaborate with and mentor other designers as needed, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
Uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its methodologies and values to stakeholders, cross-department teams, and subject matter experts.
Your Qualifications & Skills A bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
A demonstrated track record of designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products, applications and systems, going far beyond static websites or campaigns — that typically developed in 8+ years of professional experience, or more.
A big bonus if carried out across a mix of both Consumer and complex Enterprise Software Products.
Please see the How to Apply section below for hints on how we'd like to learn more on this.
Plenty of experience being an active part of multidisciplinary software product development teams, preferably using Agile methods like SCRUM or similar.
You know how properly crafted user stories look like, and can actively help refining those whenever needed.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills — in English — with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Experienced in working with teams spread across several worldwide locations.
We currently have people in the EU as well as the U.S. (mostly West Coast).
High drive, autonomy, ability to negotiate, and a dynamic mindset.
Proficiency in a variety of common Design, Prototyping, Collaboration, and Analytics tools ( e.g., Figma, FigJam, Axure RP, Miro, GA, etc. )
How to Apply What you read sounds exciting, and feel you got the right chops?
We'd love to hear from you!
When applying, in addition to your resume kindly include a link to a brief portfolio showing at least a couple of relevant, end-to-end projects you worked on in the past — clearly outlining the problems and/or business opportunities taken on with your work, your specific responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary team, and the impact you and your team drove.
Should we proceed with further interview rounds, you will have the opportunity to present and walk us through at least one of those.
Tip: other than seeing polished UIs, we are mostly interested in understanding what problem-solving and user-centered approaches brought you and the team towards building certain solutions, how and why they work a certain way, and which positive outcomes those created for both end-users, customers, and the business.
