Sr Marketing Lead

Responsibilities Create strategic SMB priorities and roadmap for the region based on key insights.
Own day-to-day partnerships and reviews with local sales and other stakeholder teams.
Work closely with Channel marketing managers to align cross-channel marketing strategy based on customer insights and business priorities.
Own analysis of business performance against key goals including insights/callouts for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
Prepare for business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans.
Analyze the impact and results of initiatives impacting the program, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related area.
5+ years of relevant experience in driving strategic programs or consulting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Proven ability to communicate persuasively and to influence others, particularly amongst senior stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office and analytical skills in Excel and basic SQL knowledge to review and analyze data.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
