Theideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to scale AmazonShipping by driving commercial growth, and will have familiaritywith leading B2B sales generation working with both small and largecustomers.
We are reinventing everything from commercial strategyand lead generation to account management, and are looking for asenior enterprise sales manager that can partner and innovate withOperations, Commercial and Customer Programs, and ProductManagement as we scale our solutionnationwide.
The successful senior enterprisesales manager will be comfortable navigating ambiguity andoperating in a start-up environment.
We expect the person in thisposition to create a sales strategy from the ground up and tosuccessfully execute upon our ambitious product adoption goals.
Theideal candidate will have experience developing relationshipsacross functional areas such as Operations, Finance, and ProgramManagement, and will have a proven track record of meeting andexceeding program goals and revenuetargets.
This role will be based in London.
Key job responsibilities - Driverevenue, adoption, and market segment share for ourproduct.
- Earn trust of customers and recommend productsolutions that fit their business needs.
- Measureperformance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specificimprovement areas.
- Relay market needs and requirementsback to internal Amazon teams including Product Management andTechnical.
- Create program goals and related metrics,track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve yourobjectives.
- Analyze current purchasing processes andevaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end userexperiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organizationperformance.
- Drive and accelerate spend adoptionthrough advising customers on best practices for using ourproduct.
- Liaise with technical integration teams onboth customer and Amazon side to ensure integration of our productin customer's technology landscape.
- Assess programrisks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation managementwhen necessary - Meet or exceed targets for customerand/or feature spend adoption.
- Identify prioritizationand trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenuetargets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree - Experience in developing, negotiatingand executing business agreements - Experience in aprofessional field or military - Experience developingstrategies that influence leadership decisions at theorganizational level - Experience managing programsacross cross functional teams, building processes and coordinatingrelease schedules PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Experience interpreting data and makingbusiness recommendations - Experience identifying,negotiating, and executing complex legalagreements Amazon is an equal opportunitiesemployer.
