Job Description Primary Function of Position: As we ramp commercialization of the ION Endoluminal Platform, the Sr Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Sales Operations will play a critical role in helping our European commercial teams capitalize on opportunities to drive adoption of ION for lung biopsy.
This person will serve as an internal business consultant to a team of sales leaders, providing both retrospective and prospective guidance to improve operational execution and expose new opportunities.
The Sr Analyst, Commercial Strategy & Sales Operations will develop, optimize, and manage internal and customer-facing solutions that illuminate market dynamics, optimize the utilization and deployment of commercial assets, and communicate key performance metrics to Ion Sales Leadership.
This role requires a uniquely capable person who can both successfully build and navigate complex, quantitative frameworks and guide business partners to better decision-logic and smarter investments through cogent, data-driven recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities: Examine complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide commercial insights to executive leadership.
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in market and comparative dynamics that highlight both opportunities and threats to ION adoption.
Develop an innovative and well-connected architecture of tools and dashboards that enable our organization to assess performance and efficiently manage commercial activities and resources Leverage internal and external data sources to drive customer segmentation strategies and accelerate capital pipelines Utilize SQL and Tableau to query internal data warehouses Develop solid relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure organizational alignment and the ability to quickly capitalize on opportunities and resolve operational issues Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically through complexity Proven methodical, modeling, and forecasting ability Proficiency with dashboard/report creation and data visualization tools High curiosity and aptitude for identifying trends, outliers, and causal relationships Highly-organized, self-starter with an ability to help and prioritize multiple projects Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to work under minimal supervision Excellent written and oral communication with a dedicated customer orientation Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and SQL Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a quantitative or operational role This role requires working onsite in our Reading, UK office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
