Job Description Spray Painter - Powder Coater, Carlisle, Cumbria 39 hours/ week + overtime.
Mon to Thur 8am to 16.30pm, Friday 8am to 15.30pm Pay: £13.50-£16.50 per hour MacArthur is recruiting for a successful, and growing, engineering manufacturing company for this position of Spray Painter - Powder Coater .
You will be responsible for powder coating and spray painting variable sized metal fabrications to precise specifications.
This is a full-time Spray Painter - Powder Coater role based in Carlisle.
Overtime is based on the order book however, historically it's been available.
Overview of your existing experience and characteristics for the role of Spray Painter - Powder Coater : Proven experience in powder coating and painting.
Strong practical skills, with experience using hand tools and machinery.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team Flexibility to work in other departments when required Reliable, punctual, willing to work overtime to meet business needs Key responsibilities for the role of Spray Painter - Powder Coater : Operation of paint-shop equipment including spray guns, compressors, powder-coating plant Operation of hand / power tools including drills, sanders, grinders, and other equipment based on the job requirements Experience in use of hazardous substances Mark up and label components to a high degree of accuracy Work effectively either independently or as part of a team Be quality conscious with an eye for detail Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in other departments when required Be reliable, punctual and willing to work overtime to meet business needs Why work for our client as Spray Painter - Powder Coater?
