The Impact you will have: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
Apply paint using spray equipment with precision and care.
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Follow safety protocols while working with hazardous materials and power tools.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
Conduct touch-ups and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
What will help you to excel in this role: Proven experience as a Spray Painter.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use both power tools and hand tools effectively.
Capability of heavy lifting as required during various tasks.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
