Job Description As Sports Retail Senior VM Planner you will take ownership of retail merchandising tasks, working with all necessary stakeholders to land retail executions on time with the correct fundamentals, with minimal supervision.
Create commercial briefs used by Stores and Internal Head Office Teams for key trading.
Working on events such as Christmas, SALE and BTS as well as seasonal packs.
You will communicate sports retail merchandising initiatives to retail stores in a way that explains the why, gives maximum engagement, buy in and support.
We will look for you to understand how to commercially evaluate initiatives, to understand if successful or more development is needed.
You will also work flexibly within the retail merchandising team to the demands of the department as and when needed.

If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
