Job Title: Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Assist in the planning and delivery of sports lessons and activities Support classroom teachers in maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help in sports-related subjects Help organise and supervise extracurricular sports events and competitions Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of students' progress in sports Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Sports-related degree Experience working with children or young adults in a sports or educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Education: Sports-related degree Experience: Experience working with children or young adults in a sports or educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of sports coaching techniques and principles Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in sports Good organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Teaching assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment, assisting with sports lessons both in and out of the classroom.
It may require occasional weekend or evening work during sports events or competitions.
