About the Role: As a Sports Coach , you will support the delivery of sports activities, ensuring inclusivity and engagement for students with various SEN .
Your role will be to inspire students through physical activities, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and physical skills.
Responsibilities: Lead and support sports sessions for students with SEN , adapting activities as necessary.
Encourage teamwork, resilience, and social skills through sports.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to thrive.
Work collaboratively with SEN staff to support students' physical and emotional development.
Requirements: Experience working as a Sports Coach , particularly in an SEN setting is preferred.
A passion for working with young people and SEN students.
Ability to modify sports activities to suit various needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A caring and patient approach to working with students.
