Sponsorship & Partnership Manager – Sport World Championship We are very excited to have been retained by our client to search for a strategic role within their ecosystem - Partnership/Sponsorship Manager.
This is a primary a sales and networking role and is made for a passionate, sports enthusiasts and who loves a "challenge" and must have it in their day-to-day role.
Our client is a marine World Championship, who is pursuing relentless innovation, marine preservation, and exhilarating races converge, as their underpinning ethos.
They are transcending traditional racing, championing a vision of revolutionising marine transportation.
The goal is to unveil a new chapter in water sports.
In this role, you'll manage develop new partnerships and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth.
The ideal candidates must have a demonstrable, proven track record in sponsorship/partnership management with aligned brands by developing, nurturing, and growing partnership relationships, with exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful strategic, long-term collaborations.
The ideal candidates would have a track record of closing strategic partnership and sponsorship agreements across the financial sectors, luxury goods industries, into the sport sector.
Responsibilities Build and development new strategic partnerships.
In the constantly evolving world of business, there are always new and exciting opportunities that can offer benefits with strategic alignments.
You will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners Identify potential challenges in the relationship and craft proactive solutions.
Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers Requirements and skills Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership agreements with global partners, within the sports, entertain, or luxury goods industries, is essential .
Must have experience building partner programs in align brand goals with partner efforts by developing, nurturing, and growing partnership relationships Experience working with a Right Holder, is preferred, but not essential.
A proven track record of negotiating deals that benefit all parties involved, focusing on creating win-win situations where everyone enjoys success.
A strategic, data driven approach, consistently monitor market trends and keep track of developments in partner or potential partner organizations that could lead to new collaborative opportunities or making inroads into other markets.
An awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Location: Candidates with exposure to the following markets will be considered: Europe, USA, or Middle East will be considered.
