Role: Benefits Officer REF 1406348 Contract Length: 3 months temporary with potential extension Location: Hybrid/Rugby 2-3 days in office IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £22 - £25 per hour Security Clearance: BPSS and Basic DBS Spinwell is recruiting for a Benefits Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
BENEFITS OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION Civica OpenRevs experience Benefits assessor experience Benefits administration Detailed knowledge of housing & council tax benefit legislation Experience in assessing the entitlement to benefits Experience of dealing with housing & council tax benefit claims Experience of processing housing benefit claims Extensive knowledge of the benefits system Fluent in housing benefit overpayments Proven knowledge of current social security, tax Credits housing benefit and related legislation, policy and administration.
