This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Job description Job responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Braintree, Essex.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours: You will be in a team that is responsible for delivering 24/7 care for the individual.
You will be required to work a mix of 12 hour days and Waking Nights for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Due to the location & nature of the role we are looking for a driver who has access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
Providing emotional support and companionship.
Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work the specified hours.
