Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist Location: Lancashire Salary: £43,500 - £49,100 per annum (DOE) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Are you a skilled Speech & Language Therapist looking for your next rewarding role?

Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
Develop and implement tailored communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
What We're Looking For: Experience: At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
Skills: Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
Knowledge: Familiarity with evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
