Sketchley Hall School is an independent specialist day school located across three sites in South Leicestershire.
We provide full-time education for up to 80 pupils and post-16 students aged 8 to 19 years.
All pupils have a diagnosis of autism and most have additional social, emotional or mental health needs.
In addition to supporting pupils through Key Stages 2, 3 and 4 at Sketchley Hall and Forest House, we have also built strong relationships with a range of colleges and provide further support to our post-16 cohort based at Progression House.
Learners have the opportunity to access a variety of courses whilst based at Progression House, which also enables them to achieve English & Mathematics up to GCSE level or equivalent.
Those who do not attend college have a broad in-house Curriculum offering, allowing for both academic and personal development.

The successful candidate will be registered and will hold BSc Speech and Language Therapy or profession specific equivalent qualification, along with the following characteristics: Resilience We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged.
Communication Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs.
Good teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
