Roehampton Gate School are recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapy team!
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate people to become an integral part of our therapy team.
The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or newly qualified, who will be required to work closely with other Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals providing support to students; reporting to the Therapy Manager.

As long as you can demonstrate the values needed for a role, transferable skills and life experience, we will give you all the training and support you need to progress!Leads and facilitates group and/or individual sessions, ensuring activities and interventions continue to meet the needs of the students, and are consistent with the provisions detailed in the students EHCP.Know and take responsibility for the EHCP provision for SaLT in all of the caseload.Also, assist with the analysis and reporting of statistical data and information for research and audit purposes.The successful candidate will be registered and will hold BSc Occupational Therapy or profession specific equivalent qualification, along with the following characteristics:Resilience We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged.Communication Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs.
