About the Role We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join a school team and support students with speech, language, and communication needs.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide individualised therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges, including speech delays, language disorders, and developmental difficulties.
You will develop and implement tailored therapy plans, using evidence-based strategies to enhance students' communication skills and promote academic success.
As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with teachers, special educational needs coordinators (SENCOs), and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
You will provide staff training on communication strategies and offer advice on supporting students in the classroom.
