Job Overview Copper Fields School, a brand-new specialist school in Gunnislake, Cornwall for autistic young people aged 4-16, seeks an exceptional Speech and Language Therapist to join our clinical intervention plans.
As part of Outcomes First Group, the largest independent provider of special needs education, you will be working with experienced therapists and having access to internal clinical supervision and £2,000 training allowance.
Key Responsibilities: Implement holistic therapeutic approaches to support pupils' communication needs.
Carry out individual assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
Provide information and training to teachers, parents, and carers on Speech and Language Therapy best practices.
