As part of a knowledgeable multidisciplinary therapy team, you will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver quality, evidence-based therapy to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality Speech and Language Therapy in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and students.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the therapy service.
Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
Deliver therapy sessions to students, both one-on-one and in groups, within a special educational needs setting.
Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support student well-being and communication development.
Uphold the school's reputation for evidence-based, quality practice.
Qualifications and Experience : Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs.
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for speech and language development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to develop and deliver individualised therapy plans.
Organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
