Specification Technologist

Our client, a global leader in food manufacturing, is seeking an enthusiastic Specification Technologist to join their dynamic team as a Technical Services Advisor.
This permanent role offers the chance to advance in food safety, quality, and compliance within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer specifications across third-party and internal systems.
Oversee document control for Technical and related departments.
Support audit compliance alongside the Technical Services Manager.
Manage the Raw Material Database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Handle consumer complaints and trend analysis, addressing recurring issues.
Maintain product testing records, including nutritional and contaminant data, and liaise with multiple departments.
Qualifications: Experience with specification systems (e.g., Igloo, Ashbury Click, Evolve, TQC, Wave).
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and attention to detail.
Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure with a positive attitude.
Internal auditor training and a background in food manufacturing are advantageous.
