FTE: 0.6 (22.5 hours a week) Salary: £70,000 per annum pro rata Applications for full time (1.0 FTE) also welcome Annual leave: 25 days pro rata, increasing to 30 days pro rata after 1 year of service About Skylight Psychiatry : Skylight Psychiatry is a forward-thinking, dynamic mental health service.
We are a CQC registered service delivering person-centred assessment, care and support, with our ultimate aim being to improve the lives of people with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and Learning disabilities.
The role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate specialty psychiatrist with expertise in the diagnosis and management of neurodevelopmental conditions to join our friendly and supportive team.
The postholder will report to the Clinical Director, forming part of the multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
The postholder will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, supporting both staff and service users through the appropriate diagnostic pathway and post-diagnostic services.
This role will involve hybrid working, with some time spent at our head office in Basingstoke.
The individual must be a highly skilled clinician with an excellent understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and management.
The successful candidate will share our visions and values and have an understanding and passion for working with neurodivergent individuals.
Summary of Responsibilities: Undertake virtual Autism Clinical Assessments and ADHD assessments and relevant follow-up appointments (expected 4X assessments per 3-day week) ADHD medication titration where needed Referrals meeting Duty cover for enquiries PDP + supervision time (0.1 session) Preparing reports within the required timeframes Attend, contribute to, and lead multi-disciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in patient record systems, clinical reports and other associated documentation Any other duties as deemed to be within the scope of the role Benefits: Support with continued professional development Annual salary review Pension scheme offered Birthday off as additional leave Work-related electronic devices provided Flexible working, remote working Company events Free and on-site parking at Office Canteen and Gym available at Office Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: £70,000.00 per year Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week Licence/Certification: GMC (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Basingstoke, RG24 8AG Reference ID: SP1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
