The Oncology team at Lincoln Hospital is extremely busy seeing patients both on an outpatient and inpatient basis.
The Specialty Co-Ordinator is vital to the smooth running of the Department, providing an efficient administrative service to the Consultants and their teams while line managing the medical secretaries and secretarial assistants in the team.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Oncology Team at Lincoln.

The role is full time and will be based at Lincoln covering 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 8.30am to 16.30pm, but part-time hours over 30 are also welcome to apply.
The working days are Monday-Friday, but hours from 8am – 6pm would be considered, as well as offering an opportunity to work from home as well as from the base site office.
You need a sound administration background and be both enthusiastic and committed to providing an excellent service to the Department.
Responsibilities include: Day-to-day line management of medical secretaries, secretarial assistants, and elective access clerks including allocation and checking of work.
Training and development of staff.
