We are seeking a creative and skilled Specialty Pizza Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique, high-quality pizzas using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.
The Specialty Pizza Chef will be responsible for designing signature pizza menus, preparing dough and sauces from scratch, and ensuring a high standard of culinary excellence in every pizza served.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design a menu of specialty pizzas, incorporating both classic and innovative ingredients.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch, following authentic and creative recipes.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.
- Monitor food preparation and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and hygiene practices.
- Stay updated on pizza trends and continuously experiment with new flavors, toppings, and techniques.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper pizza preparation, baking techniques, and presentation.
- Manage pizza oven operations, including wood-fired or other specialty ovens.
- Handle customer requests and feedback regarding the pizza menu, including any dietary preferences or restrictions.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, particularly with specialty or gourmet pizzas.
- Expertise in dough handling, fermentation, and pizza cooking methods (wood-fired, stone, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of various ingredients, from cheeses and meats to vegetables and herbs.
- Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation.
Preferred: - Culinary degree or certification.
- Experience with international pizza styles (Neapolitan, Sicilian, Roman, Turkish etc.).
- Knowledge of modern pizza-making trends and techniques.
This job is for a 37.5 Hour Week.

Experience must be between 6-12 Month compulsory in Speciality Pizza Making.
