Main duties of the job To provide, OMF Services for Derby & surrounding areas, with Consultant colleagues, with responsibility for diagnosis & treatment of patients & the proper functioning of the Services at middle grade level.To have responsibility for the continuing care & treatment of patients & personal performance of clinical dutiesTo take an active part in undergraduate education & teaching of staff in training, & the multidisciplinary team as agreed.To comply with personal continuing medical education activity & continuing professional development as appropriate.To participate in & assist in clinical audit, the Trust's Clinical Governance Processes, appraisal & in Continuing Professional Development.

Job description Job responsibilities To participate in the ongoing research programmes within the Rehabilitation Services under supervision.To maintain awareness of professional guidelines such as Duties of a Doctor & of the GMC Performance Procedures & to act in accordance with them.To implement the Trust policies, procedures & guidelines in particular the Infection Control PoliciesTo perform any other duties within the doctors clinical competence or managerial skills which support the efficient working of the Directorate or Trust services.
