Specialist Skills Trainer

You will be reporting to the Site Training Lead, co-ordinate and track all job Specific/key skills training required for an assigned area/shift. This will include introduction to the department when a colleague joins the department or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against Job Specific SOPs, refresher training and updates, training on other modules within the Pathway to Performance and ad hoc training.
