Specialist Practitioner District Nurse

The post holder will be a Registered Nurse with an SPDN qualification who will lead the community nursing team in Tweeddale in providing the delivery of the highest quality of health care and will be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions as appropriate.
The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.The post holder will be expected to lead the community nursing team to provide accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers and other agencies.
