Job summary We are looking to recruit a specialist or highly specialist applied psychologist to join the Harrogate Integrated Community Team that provides support and intervention for working age adults experiencing mental health difficulties.
We welcome applications from existing Band 8a or Band 7 Applied Psychologists as well as newly qualified Applied Psychologists due to qualify within the next 6 months.
A successful candidate taking up the post at Band 7 will be provided with clinical/professional and managerial supervision and developmental support to help them to progress from Band 7 to Band 8a, according to a clear set of criteria.
A commitment to undertake training to gain competencies to deliver an evidence based therapy in scope for the Psychological Therapies for Severe Mental Health Problems PTSMHP programme is required.
