Field Service Engineer / Assistive Bathing Solutions / Plumbing Experience Salary: Up to £32k Basic salary DOE + Discretionary £3k Bonus + Overtime at 1.5 + fully expensed vehicle + excellent corporate benefits Location / Territory: Manchester / North West Our client is a market leader in providing quality, innovative healthcare products which create a better, more independent and dignified life for people with disabilities and in turn working environment for those who help and assist them.
They manufacture, supply and install bespoke specialist bathing solutions developed specifically for the Long-Term Care/NHS/Case Management market, and pride themselves on providing exceptional after sales advice, service and maintenance.
Due to planned expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Specialist Bath Installation Engineer to join their Engineering team.
The SBIE will be responsible for Bath Installation and preparatory pipework alterations, technical support, fault diagnosis / repair and servicing, whilst also able to install Waterproof boxing / cosmetic boarding / timber framing to conceal pipework and alterations undertaken where required.
This role is ideally geographically based in the North-West of England however it is expected that national travel will be required to meet the demands of the business and as such location outside of this area may be considered.
The SBIE must have a strong customer service drive with a winner mentality.
Ideally, the candidate is experienced within the Kitchen / bathroom installation industry, but the right personality and mentality is more important.
This role will require a candidate with relevant technical experience from installation / fitting or servicing products of similar nature.
The candidate will need to be driven, hardworking, robust, structured and customer orientated with an efficient operative mindset getting things done as a key priority.
This must be combined with the ability to communicate, and building long-term relationships among demanding customers in a competitive environment.
