As a SEND Teaching Assistant , you will: Work closely with students on various levels of the autism spectrum and those with additional needs.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance learning and engagement.
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to develop and implement individualized strategies.
Support students' emotional, social, and physical development to foster well-rounded growth.
Play a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A passion for supporting children with SEND and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and active listening skills to build trust and rapport with students.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
A proactive and adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of the classroom.
Prior experience in SEND or working with children (advantageous but not essential).
