Special Educational Needs Teacher For Key Stage 3

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified SEN Teacher to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 classes consisting of pupils aged between 11 and 13.
In this role, you will take a creative approach to meet the educational needs of our pupils with complex additional needs.
This may involve planning fun and engaging sessions to promote learning, working collaboratively with support staff to ensure each pupil receives the support they need, and developing strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
Key Responsibilities: Teach Key Stage 3 classes in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of pupils with complex additional needs.
Work closely with support staff to provide individualized support and accommodations.
Contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies and resources.
