SENDCo / Special Education Coordinator - SN5   Are you passionate about leading the way in special education?
My client, a dynamic primary school in Swindon, is seeking a qualified SENDCo to champion and manage all aspects of SEND.

This role will start in September and is available on a permanent basis.
  Why You Should Apply Salary: UPS + SEN allowance Supportive and inclusive work environment Continuous professional development opportunities Exclusive employee discounts and perks Excellent pension scheme Annual pay progression opportunities What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage all areas of SEND across the school Support the Headteacher in safeguarding responsibilities Teach part-time, focusing on the Complex Needs Unit (0.4) Develop and implement SEND policies and action plans Oversee the quality of teaching and learning for SEND students Line manage the Complex Needs Unit and SRP Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) About You Be able to do the job as described Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) NASENCO Qualification or willingness to complete within 2 years Significant experience in SEND teaching and staff management Strong communication and leadership skills How To Apply   We'd love to see your CV, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
