We are the market leading publisher in these areas with an established series of events and magazines that reach the entire market, together with an award-winning editorial team.
We are looking for a Speaker and Delegate Liaison Administrator.
This is a delivery-focused role.
The Speaker and Delegate Liaison Administrator plays a crucial role with external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
We are seeking an individual with excellent organisation, time management, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills at all management levels.
YOUR ROLE: To facilitate smooth communication and co-ordination between speakers, sponsors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
·         Clarify event briefs with Head of Events and Marketing teams Liaise with speakers, delegates and sponsors to deal with their briefs, emails and requests Execute on agreements, organise logistics and co-ordinate presentations, biogs and headshots professionally and in a timely manner Administer and maintain our speakers' database – researching where necessary Provide accurate event briefs for all external and internal parties Co-ordinate delegates, sponsors and suppliers and administer our Forum events Manage pre-event accommodation and delegate/ supplier activities, fees and expenses within event budgets On-site liaison with speakers, sponsors, suppliers and internal teams at events Co-ordinate the creation and editing of relevant promotional materials with Marketing Co-ordinate and administer Award entries liaising with entrants and internal teams Become a power user in our events and CRM platforms, liaising with our Data team Ad hoc duties as deemed necessary by the line manager Skills and Abilities: Willingness to travel to and attend events in the UK Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organisational and administrative skills Meticulous attention to detail Positive and enthusiastic approach Able to work independently Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Patience and calmness under pressure Proven ability to work to tight deadlines Strong numeracy skills Strong across all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Flexibility and adaptability
