We understand the importance of our stores in the communities they serve, and we are excited to continue expanding in the future.More About the RoleAs a Post Office Cluster Area Manager, you'll oversee the operations of multiple Post Offices, focusing on maximising transactions, profitability, and service standards.
You'll ensure compliance with company and legal requirements while providing guidance and support to teams.Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing Manage staffing, costs, uniforms, and equipment.Control stock and cash levels, ensuring accurate orders and audits.Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and ensure staff are trained.Ensure compliance with Post Office Ltd procedures.Review stock and financial reports, ensuring accurate remittances and deliveries.Monitor customer service standards, security procedures, and handle complaints.Conduct branch visits to support operational improvements and team performance.Collaborate with Area Managers and communicate effectively with staff.Attend key meetings and assist in emergency office cover when needed.A Few Things About YouWe're seeking a positive, solution-focused leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving team success.
