Customer Service Specialist - Spanish Speaker - £18 to £22 per hour (Umbrella) - Basingstoke (Hybrid) - 6 month contractFryerMiles are delighted to be working with a global medical devices company to assist in their recruitment of a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Basingstoke.The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and improving customer business through triaging customer orders, problem resolution, supporting incoming customer calls, supply chain reporting, and finance activities.
This role coordinates problem resolution activities within Warehouse, Sales, Collections, Financing, Pricing, and other internal teams.Regular customer communication and follow-up with customers are essential.
The role requires multitasking with Specialty inboxes, Phone queues, multiple systems (SAP ERP) Microsoft tools, and customer portals to service specialty customers.
This role will work closely with the International Customer Service Manager, Sales Leaders and Finance.
Responsibilities include but not limited to : Contact customers to verify if their contact records are updated, confirm if they have received our invoices, troubleshoot invoice issues preventing payment, and keep track of all issues faced with orders/invoices that need to be rectified.Provide support order entry, raise credit notes and debit notes in SAP following procedures and policiesKeep track of issues identified with customer invoices and steps followed towards the resolutionWork closely with Process Improvement providing feedback on progress / issues / resolutionWork with Supply Chain, Distribution, finance and Sales team members to manage order escalation and prioritisation.Demonstrates attention to detail when compiling customer sensitive information; reviews work to ensure that information is accurate and complies with policy.Completes work assignments independently or with minimal supervision / guidance.
