About Us: HarSPA Bristol is a luxurious spa focused on providing a welcoming environment and exceptional service to our clients.
We offer a range of wellness treatments aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and answer phone calls and emails Provide information on spa services, treatments, and promotions Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with brochures or other materials Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Coordinate with therapists to manage appointment schedules efficiently Promote and upsell spa products and services Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness setting Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with scheduling software and office equipment High level of organization and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays Benefits: Discounts on spa treatments and products Free use of spa facilities  Opportunities for career growth and advancement Commissions on retail sales How to Apply: If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a spa environment, we'd love to hear from you!
