Attending to and handling guests in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to approaching any issues in a positive way.
Provide our guests with an orientation of our Spa facilities and ensuring they are provided with any snacks or refreshments as part of their experience.
You'll have excellent knowledge of treatments and facilities on offer in the Spa, helping guests to make decisions on the choices available.
You'll also develop the knowledge of activities and services available to our guests across the wider estate and support our guests with any reservations or bookings.
You will support the team in ensuring the Spa Standards are always immaculate and ensure that an adequate provision of towels, robes and slippers are available throughout the Spa and that the used towel drops are regularly emptied.
