The Role: We are looking for individuals to join our award-winning team!
Our Housekeeping team are incredibly important to our business, and you will play a vital part in delivering a first-class guest experience to our guests, through your impeccable cleaning standards.
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the spa facilities.

Your Skills, Expertise and Responsibilities: Ensure thorough daily cleaning of all areas in the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
Clean to the company's high standards to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
Follow established cleaning procedures using the correct products and techniques for both efficiency and safety.
Manage timely laundry services for the entire spa, ensuring linens, towels, and other essentials are cleaned and ready for use.
Before and after use, inspect all equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
If you notice any damage, malfunction, or performance issues with the equipment, promptly report the issue to the necessary personnel.
Carry out any non-routine cleaning tasks as assigned by the Head Housekeeper.
Person Specification: Essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
Desirable Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Shift Patterns: Zero hour contract.
Weekend shifts available Working hours are between 5am and 11pm Note:  Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business People say you can't choose your family, well we choose you to be part of ours.
