Quite simply, food is our passion Hours of work: 7am - 3.30pm 5 days out of 7 including 2 x weekends a month, either one on/one off or two on/two off.

Free staff parking once Gatwick pass approved (usually within first 2 weeks) Key responsibilities To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high standard and meets with customer satisfaction.
To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity, consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes.
To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef Manager.
To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as directed by the Chef/ Manager.
To ensure that statutory and safe working practices are adhered to by all staff.
